With a Communication Arts degree from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts and 14 years of advertising agency experience, Sandi brings innovative solutions to each project. Her expertise in branding, print, web and interactive design helps her guide clients to communicate their vision in impactful ways.

A skilled trainer, manager and leader with a proven track record for building effective sales support teams, direct marketing specialist Dawn has over 18 years' experience planning, implementing and managing market research and lead generation programs.
Specialties include building qualified and customized prospect lists, arranging new business appointments with senior management and managing customer and prospect databases.
Communicating with business-to-business prospects via telephone, internet and direct mail, Dawn has significantly enhanced the marketing effectiveness of clients in industries including energy, tourism, market research and executive recruitment.

Matt graduated from SUNY Albany with a degree in political science, and from the Defense Information School. He is the author of a book on crisis communications based on best practices and his real-world experience.

With over 20 years' professional experience in media planning, media buying, sales training and sales management, media expert Paula's consulting specialties are improving clients' selling skills, implementing cost-effective advertising and publicity programs, and negotiating added value and promotions for media clients in industries ranging from energy to entertainment.
Paula has a bachelor of arts from the University of Pittsburgh, and extensive management and sales training. Prior to joining SMS, Paula was in sales management and executive direction for TV, radio and cable TV - experience that earned her awards for excellence from top-caliber companies such as Time Warner and ESPN.

Adept at creative direction, graphic design, copywriting, brand advertising and corporate communications with more than 22 years' professional experience, Pia delivers effective solutions that achieve client objectives in virtually every communications medium.
Pia's creative specialties include designing brands / materials that differentiate clients from competitors, compelling desired attention and action from target audiences, and managing production processes for cost efficiencies. Demonstrably successful client outcomes continue to be Pia's highest priority.
Pia earned a fine arts degree from Cornell University's College of Architecture, Art, and Planning, with subsequent training in graphic arts technologies management, marketing principles, and advertising account planning.

As an expert in marketing research, sales promotion, advertising and PR, Doug's primary role as SMS founder and president is leading the Smith Marketing Services team of communications professionals.
Doug's consulting specialties include evaluating, developing and launching successful new products, using existing services to increase product sales, and defining and prioritizing market segments to increase sales and profits.
Doug has taught marketing at his alma mater Ithaca College, lectured at Cornell University, and completed executive-level education in bank marketing, service selling, discovery driven planning, and customer information analysis.
